Feng Shui
The Art of Wind-Water

Through
centuries of observation, practice, and application, the Eastern system
of Feng Shui has emerged as a science to benefit us by utilizing the
living force of the universe. The universe has laws and principals to
which we are integrally subject. It is intelligent, creative, and
abounds with flowing energy. This current of energy (much like the
natural currents found in water and wind) flows through our homes and
work spaces, and can be directed to assist us in overcoming our
difficulties, achieving our goals, and maintaining balance and abundance
in our personal and professional lives.
Once this quality has been identified, the relationship a client has to the existing Qi of a site becomes clear, and the dynamics of this particular relationship become apparent. She is then able to prescribe the means necessary to work with both the positive and negative influences, present in the relationship, to support the client's desired outcome.
Because we spend the majority of our lives within our homes and work spaces, it is of critical importance that we are in tune with the universal influences flowing throughout our environment, and likewise, for our environment to be optimally tuned to our specific challenges and interests.
Traditionally, the energetic influence of universal elements is taken into consideration when orienting a structure on a specific parcel of land. Its auspicious placement and design is considered critical to ensure the well being and prosperity of its intended inhabitants.
In today’s society, many of us live and work in spaces that were designed by someone we have never met, and therefore, by someone who has not taken into account our personal desires, circumstances, and life-goals during the construction planning.
It is natural that, when interacting with such places, obstacles (such as a decline in productivity, vigor, and temperament) often flourish, unexplained. If the deficiencies within the relationship, as in any relationship, are not corrected and cured, they can influence our life, our well-being, and our prosperity in a negative way.
With a professional Feng Shui consultation and analysis, universal dynamics can be employed to support our endeavors, realize our goals, and optimize our investments of time and energy toward our welfare and the welfare of future generations.

Feng Shui Consultation
Question and Answer
Q: How does a Feng Shui Consultation work?
A: The Feng Shui Consultation consists of three parts. First we would schedule an appointment for an assessment. At the assessment meeting I conduct a personal interview, and gather specific details about the property.
Q: Do I need to prepare anything for the consultation?
A: I will request that you provide me with a copy of a plan view, and or a plot plan, of the property at this first meeting. If you have one, this will save you time and money from having to render one, although I can also accommodate you if you don’t. A plan view (floor plan) is necessary for an apartment or home consultation, and a plot plan (grounds plan with structure/s location) is necessary only for homes.
Q: What happens at the first part at the assessment ?
A: With a plan in hand, it usually takes an hour or so to make the assessment inside and outside of the property. Also, I will be able to calculate the evaluation and consultation fee of the property at this time.
Q: What will be the second part after the assessment?
A: The evaluation is the next step. This includes all the facets of calculation, etc. and may or may not need to take place at the property.
Lastly, we will need to set another appointment for the consultation, at which time we will talk about the results of the evaluation. This will be scheduled to take place at the location.
Q: What I can expect of the third part at the consultation?
A: The consultation should run between 1-1.5 hours at which time you will receive information about auspicious directions and placements, remedies, yearly influences, places to activate and avoid, etc. All this will be charted in a drawing with your floor plan and cross referenced in an additional written report that I create as part of the evaluation process.
