Pushing Hands is a great way to exercise with with a partner. We will quickly learn that relaxation, the absence of resistance, is easily discovered when working in pairs. Having this advantage will immediately guides us to our centers.
The Pushing Hands workshop is designed especially for beginners. We are going to learn the basics of Pushing Hands through the Four Postures, basic single hand and double-hand exercises, specific Pushing Hands applications to get a sense how we can use Pushing Hands effectively in fixed steps.

Workshop Tuition: $40
Sifu Parichard Holm has been a Tai Chi and Qigong instructor in Germany and in the US for over fifteen years. Her great passion is teaching the basic principles of Tai Chi Chaun and its applications in Pushing Hands. Since 1998, she has won awards at Tai Chi tournaments, and was recognized among the top three World Champions in Pushing Hands at the prestigious International Chung Hwa Cup, 2004, in Taipei, Taiwan. Her principal teacher is Grandmaster William C.C.Chen. She is a certified Feng Shui and Chinese Astrology Consultant and is currently studying elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
